Privacy and data governance

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mobiup handles data submitted by visitors to this website and processed during interactions with the Mobiup Advisor.

Last updatedJuly 17, 2026

1. Who processes the data

Mobiup is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website for contact, initial diagnosis, business relationship, security, and digital-experience improvement purposes.

Questions, requests, or privacy-related inquiries may be submitted through the contact form available on the website.

2. Data we may collect

When a visitor submits the public form or the Mobiup Advisor’s progressive qualification flow, we may collect first name, business email, phone number, company, role when provided, stated challenge, value signals, language, source page, consent, and technical records required to confirm delivery.

Messages sent to the Mobiup Advisor are processed to generate consultative responses. When the visitor chooses to share contact details and expressly authorizes forwarding, Mobiup stores the conversation summary and transcript with the lead and sends them to the commercial team. Without that consent, the conversation is not incorporated into a commercial record.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used only for purposes compatible with the interaction requested by the visitor.

  • Respond to the inquiry and understand the business context presented.
  • Qualify the request and route it to the appropriate team.
  • Send communications related to the request submitted.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain operational traceability.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Service providers and data sharing

Mobiup does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers strictly required to operate the website, including hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery through Resend, and language processing by OpenAI for the Mobiup Advisor.

Contact fields collected by the Advisor—first name, email, phone number, and company—remain in the server-side qualification flow and are not sent to OpenAI. Before each conversational request, email and phone patterns present in messages are automatically replaced. Visitors should not enter sensitive personal, regulated, or confidential data in the chat.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, preserve a legitimate business history, meet applicable obligations, and defend legal rights. When no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized under Mobiup’s internal procedures.

6. Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, restriction, deletion, information about sharing, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent.

Mobiup may request additional information to verify the requester’s identity and protect data from unauthorized access.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the visitor’s country. In such cases, Mobiup seeks to use providers with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the protection of information.

8. Security

Mobiup applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to the context, including input validation, access controls, credential separation, abuse protection, and delivery-status monitoring. No digital environment, however, can be considered entirely risk-free.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable law. The date of the current version will always be displayed on this page.

This text describes the website’s current operation and should be reviewed periodically by Mobiup’s legal counsel and privacy owner.
