Assets and receivables processed through manual flows and many intermediaries.
VENTURE BUILD · REAL CASE
Capitare shows how domain knowledge becomes market infrastructure
Mobiup planned and created the platform that originated Capitare; the product then evolved into a spin-off dedicated to reducing friction in capital-market access.
01 · Context
Where value was trapped
Advancing receivables, structuring funds, or raising through a regulated offering often requires many intermediaries, manual data, scattered rules, and an operating cost that excludes smaller opportunities.
Value-to-Scale identified an opportunity larger than a single project: turn origination, verification, eligibility, and settlement into a platform capable of sustaining new ways to access capital markets.
Mobiup led platform planning and creation. Once it had its own thesis, product, and operation, Capitare became a spin-off. Its results remain attributed to Capitare; the case proves Mobiup's ability to move from strategy to a new business.
Eligibility rules applied late, causing rework and low predictability.
Traditional structures whose cost makes smaller or frequent operations difficult.
A market opportunity too large to remain an isolated project.
